NEED A NEW PASSWORD?

Here you can reset your AD (Windows) password. Your password is key for security so make sure to always treat it with care and caution.

KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CREATING YOUR NEW PASSWORD

• Contain at least 14 alphanumeric characters.
• Contain both upper and lower case letters.
• Contain at least one digit (for example, 0-9).
• Avoid national characters such as å,ä,ö.
• Preferably, you should use a passphrase – using a sentence instead of a word – as your ‘password’. This makes it easier to create a longer and more complex password. The passphrase should have a personal meaning to you but not contain any personal details about you or the company (E.g. your name, family members, pets, where you live).
• We also recommend that you use Upper case and Numbers as part of the sentence, instead of placing these at the start or end.
• When you create your passphrase, you can also type it with spaces as you normally will do, which makes it even easier to create a longer passphrase.
